He was predeceased by: his brother Ronald. He is survived by: his children, Heather Melissa (Chris) and Jonathan Patrick (Rachel); his wife Suzanne; and his siblings, Roberta (Jim), John (Diana) and Rex (Linda). He is also survived by five grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to The National Disabled Veterans Affairs -Golf Clinic.
