Millard; his wife Cynthia Millard; his siblings, Gerald Millard (Sandra) and Carol Blood; his sons, Greg Millard (Andrea), Eric Millard (Elizabeth) and Patrick Gai (Vanessa); and his grandchildren, Isabelle, Anna, Tyler, Ella, Michael Millard, Charlotte and Alice Gai. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
