“I remember WALTER when I was a young pre teen. He lived in Hayward California with my aunt Who was his foster mom. WALTER was very special, funny, very respectful and lots of energy. WALTER enlisted in the Air Force and worked his way up to the highest rank as an enlisted man. WALTER later married JoAnn and everyone loved her, we thought she was the perfect wife for him. They were blessed with children that are as great as there parents. WALTER will be missed and loved by many. Hugs Sharon”
