She is survived by: her children, Richard Edward Kwasnik and Doreen Okarma; her granddaughters, Valerie Kobilka (Jason) and Natalie Guirguis (George); and her great grandchildren, Sadie Rose Kobilka, Ethan and Owen Guirguis.
