He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Wood and Atha Wood; his wife Cheryl; his brother Scott (K'Lynn); and his children, Ryan, Todd (Alaina), Kelsey Da Silva (Dayvisson), Jill Olson (Jeff), Kevin and David (Emily). He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren.
