It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luis Manuel Lomas in Vallejo, California, who passed away on May 14, 2026, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: the mother of his children Margarita Lomas; his father Abraham Lomas; and his brother Ramiro Lomas. He is survived by: his children, Hilda, Oscar and Margarita; and his wife Miriam Betancord. He is also survived by his four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
