He is survived by: his wife Dottie Kollar; his children, Mike Jr., Greg (Elizabeth), Neil, Steve (Lis) and Elizabeth (Kenny); his siblings, John (Jaci), Joe, Tim, Mary and Chrissy; and his sister-in-law LuAnne. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
