He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Heather Judd (John), Timothy O'Brien and Thomas O'Brien; his daughter-in-law Mikayla; his siblings, John O'Brien (Patti), Bob O'Brien and Maureen Coffelt (Alton); and his grandchildren, Zachariah, Ethan, Isabella and Landon.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Twin Chapels Mortuary (1100 Tennessee St, Vallejo, CA 94590). A vigil service was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Sacramento Valley Va National Cemetery (5810 Midway Rd, Dixon, CA 95620).
In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations to the American Diabetes Foundation.
