She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Simons and Mary Simons; her son Kyle; and her grandson Dustin. She is survived by: her husband Gary Madison; her son Richard (Helen); her grandchildren, Jayson (Brooke) and Alysha (Charles); and her great grandchildren, Syerry and Dustin Jr..
