Steve Mortara Obituary
It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Steve Mortara (Vallejo, California), who passed away at the age of 76, on June 11, 2025. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Steve Mortara to show support.
As we bid Steve farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Steve is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his great-nephew Vincente Anaya of Modesto. He is survived by: his siblings, Joe Jr. Mortara (Dianna) of Lake Wildwood and Carol King of Walnut Creek; his nephew David King (Linda) of Redding; his great-niece Marisa Mitchell (Zach) of Riddle, OR; his great-nephews, Richard Anaya King of Martinez, GA, Joseph Anaya King of Modesto, James Mendoza of Piedmont and Joshua King of Tracy; and his cousins, Laurie Mortara (Chris) of Huntington Beach, Michael Mortara (Misato) of Volcano, HI and Lynn McDougal of Kennewick, WA.
