Benjamin M. Calderon Obituary
We announce the death of Benjamin M. Calderon of Ventura, California, who passed away on October 3, 2026, at the age of 93. Benjamin will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rafael Calderon and Amadita Calderon; his wife Alicia; and his grandson Christopher. He is survived by: his children, Fabian (Hermelinda), Steve, Hector (Elba), Carlos (Rachel) and Alicia Amy Delgadillo. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter and numerous family members and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Boyko & Reardon Telegraph Road Mortuary & Cremation (15 Teloma Drive and Telegraph Road, Ventura 93003). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (10800 Henderson Rd, Ventura, CA 93004). A burial will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at the Pierce Brothers Santa Paula Cemetery (380 Cemetery Rd, Santa Paula, California 93060, United States).
In lieu of flowers a contribution to Misiones Salesianas (http://www.misionessaleianas.org) a tradition his mother began would be appreciated.
