He was predeceased by: his wife Joan; his parents, Thorburn Waggoner and Wanda Waggoner; and his sister Sue. He is survived by: his children, Virginia (Jennifer), Ron, Michelle and William Combs (Kristina); his niece Kathleen; his nephew Patrick; and his caregiver Dana.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ivy Lawn Cemetery (5400 Valentine Rd, Ventura, CA 93003).
