She is survived by: her daughter Linda Santillanes of Ventura; her brother Bill Elwell of Simi Valley; and her grandchildren, Joseph Santillanes, Rita Reading and Michael Marquez. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
