He was predeceased by: his mother Mary. He is survived by: his brothers, Richard and Fred; his wife Ramona Beltran; and his children, Linda Narloch (late Ken), Sally Hancock (Harry), Henry Beltran (Jean) and Christopher Beltran (Rebecca). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren along with many other family and friends.
