“I had known Jack for a short time and believed he was a down to Earth man of compassion & common sense. We would discuss sports and his two sons that played on the D-1 volleyball teams at Long Beach St. and Cal. State Northridge. He asked me, as a real estate broker to help him locate a mobile home he could purchase and minimize his monthly housing expense, which I did until shortly after the New Year, when he didn't return my calls or call me. He was well known by a number of people at L.A. Fitness on Victoria(Ventura) yet he seemed most contented when he was on the move, hence the knickname, "Amtrak Jack" I will miss his dry witt and knowledge of Sports and my prayers go out to his family.”
