He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Carbone and Florence Carbone; his wife Barbara Carbone; his sister Carol; and his brother-in-law Rick Maus.

He is survived by: his daughters, Victoria Carbone and Jennifer Mussehl; his son-in-law Joseph; his grandchildren, Liam and Darby; his brother Ronald Carbone; and his close friends, Chuck and Tami Eskridge. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
