Though Joyce may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Joyce touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Weston and Matilda Pauline Bannister; her husband Bill; and her siblings, Evelyn Ross, Sherlee Culbertson and Jack Bannister.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Carr (Jim) of Oxnard, Nancy Noakes (Tom) of Santa Barbara and Bill Shaw (Karen) of Moorpark; and her grandchildren, Jim Carr (Brooke), John Carr (Beth), Billy Shaw and Kathleen Shaw (Matt). She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
