She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Gradle and Joan Gradle. She is survived by: her husband Sam Mackie III; her sons, Sam Mackie IV and Andrew Mackie; her daughters-in-law, Desire Mackie and Krystle Mackie; her brother Howard Gradle (Susan Gradle); and her sibling's children, Lauren and Michael Gradle.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Boyko Reardon Telegraph Road Mortuary & Cremation (15 Teloma Drive and Telegraph Road, Ventura 93003). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Ventura County Rescue Mission Alliance or the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA).
