It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vincent James O'Neill Sr. of Ventura, California, who passed away on January 21, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sabina O'Neill and Francis O'Neill; and his siblings, Frank O'Neill, Mary Tallman and Alice Anthes.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Tim, Vince Jr. (Christie), Chris (Janette) of Ventura, Rob (Heidi) and Mary of Bend, Oregon.; his brother Dr. Matt Losli (Caitlin O'Neill) of Portland; and also, Shanna O'Neill, Daria O'Neill, Luke Losli of Bend, Corey O'Neill of Los Angeles, Garrett O'Neill (Jessica), Colleen O'Neill (Kevin McNulty) of Sherman Oaks, Dan O'Neill of San Francisco, Casey O'Neill (Maja) of Sausalito, Emerson and Kellen Opgenorth of Sherman Oaks.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the St. Bonaventure High School scholarship fund (sbhsvta.org), the Society of Former FBI Agents Foundation scholarship fund (socxfbi.org/SFSA/SFSA/donate), the Museum of Ventura County, a local humane society, or a charity of your choice.
