He is survived by: his children, Terry, Connie Stefan, Randy Leaf, Michelle Leaf Culbertson, Jack Eugene Leaf, Mindy Leaf, Linda Rawls and Kari Halma; and his wife Nancy Leaf. He is also survived by nine children, eleven grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren.
