She is survived by: her husband Anthony Barnes of Victorville, California; her son Garrick Barnes of Normal, Illinois; and her sister Shammi Hussain of Phoenix, Arizona. She is also survived by one uncle, two aunts, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
