She is survived by: her husband Bill Elgersma (Root Beer); her son John Elgersma; her sister Elaine Anema; her daughters, Debra Elgersma (Gary) and Lisa Carroll (David); her grandchildren, Kristyn, Matthew, Joshua, Jessica, Brandon and Zachary; her niece Vicky Kootstra; and her nephew Steve Anema.
