It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Edna Tiss (Visalia, California), who passed away on May 15, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Cassady and Mary Bishop Cassady; her former husband Dr. Daniel E. Pugh of Boston; her husband Dr. George Tiss; her sister Marilyn Hall; and her cousin Gertrude Bishop.

She is survived by: her granddaughter Cate; her children, Randall Tiss, Carolyn Fecera (AJ), Daniel Tiss, Marybeth Lybrand and Andrew Tiss (Tamara); her goddaughter Isabel Resendiz (Jaime); and her nibling Mimi.
