It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cornelio Chapa Chavez in Visalia, California, born in Three Rivers, Texas, who passed away on February 1, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Cornelio Chavez and Paula Chavez. He is survived by : his wife Delfina Luna Chavez; and his children, Eliseo Chavez (Susanne), Elizabeth Muniz, Naomi Chavez (Mimi), Cornelio Chavez Jr. (Rosa), Delfina Jahnigen, Danny Chavez (Tina) and Nora Samaduroff (Nik). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
