It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gloria Jean McCarthy (Visalia, California), who passed away on October 28, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hammond and Bertha Hammond; her husband George; and her significant other John Bothof. She is survived by: her sisters, Marlas, Carole and Janice; her children, Tanya, Bradley and Jill; and her grandchildren, Joshua, Hannah, Justin, Courtney, Jordan, Samuel, Jonah and Reece.
