He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Smith and LaVerne Smith; and his sister Marsha. He is survived by: his wife Renella Mastrofini of Madera; his children, Tim Smith of Oregon and Leeanna Smith of Sacramento; and his sibling's children, Matthew Parish of San Bruno and Heather Parish (Jaguar Bennett) of Fresno. He is also survived by numerous godchildren; many friends.
