He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcelino Mendoza and Maria Dolores Rosas. He is survived by: his children, Dolores, Hector Jr. and Jimmy; his grandchildren, Venissia and Juan II; his wife Irma Mendoza; his siblings, Leon, Marcelo, Irene, Alma and Carmen; and his pet Cole.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Salser & Dillard Funeral Chapel (127 E Caldwell Ave, Visalia, CA 93277). A rosary will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (1908 N Court St, Visalia, CA 93291). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Visalia District Cemetery (1300 W Goshen Ave, Visalia, CA 93291).
