He was predeceased by: his wife Arvilla; and his son Richard. He is survived by: his daughter Stacie; his son-in-law Ted Walters; his grandchildren, Lauren and Adam Walters (Dana); and his great grandchild Ethan. He is also survived by brother, sisters, and numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews, and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Visalia Nazarene Church (3333 W Caldwell Ave, Visalia, CA 93277). A reception will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Epilepsy Foundation or the Special Olympics in honor of Joe.
