He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Pereira and Beth Witter; and his sister Renee Pereira. He is survived by: his daughters, Samantha Gong (Tyler) and Haley Pereira (Scott); his sisters, Diana Capps and Karen Hughes (Tom); and his grandchildren, Leah, Parker, Brooklynn, Aubree and Thea.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Salser & Dillard Funeral Chapel (127 E Caldwell Ave, Visalia, CA 93277).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Pine Recovery or The Jonah & Travis Drug Awareness Foundation in Kelly's memory, helping support those who are battling addiction and their families.
