He is survived by: his wife Irene Rivera Moreno of Tulare, CA; his brothers, Joe and Julian; his children, Angela "Angie", Librado Jr., Victoria and Christopher; his grandchildren, Alan, Kandis, Angel, Monique, Alyssa, Alicia, Makayla, Dallas, Zoe, AJ, Bailey and Eva; and his great grandchildren, Sharon, Janelle, Dominic, Isaiah, Isabella, Caleb, Zacky, Annie, KJ, Karma and Isaac.
