He is survived by: his daughters, Valerie Jasso (Jeff Jasso), Monica Gutierrez (Mario Gutierrez) and Alaina Pena (Mario Pena); his grandchildren, Sianna Rodriguez (Joel Martinez), Kambrea Fonseca (Gustavo), Marcus Gutierrez (Rita Hahn), Matthew Hernandez, Joseph Pena, Darrian Gutierrez, Joscelyn Pena and Rush Gutierrez; his great grandchildren, Manuel Ray Rodriguez, Santana Gutierrez, Anthony Martinez, Giovani Fonseca, Elias Martinez, Brooklyn Gutierrez and Alessandra Fonseca; and his sisters, Elisa Sanchez and Chrisitina Garcia.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hadley Marcom Funeral Home (1700 W Caldwell Ave, Visalia, CA 93277). A Mass was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (608 N Church St, Visalia, CA 93291). A burial was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 9:15 AM to 10:15 AM at the Visalia Public Cemetery (1300 W Goshen Ave, Visalia, CA 93291).
