He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Visalia and Jose Hernandez; his siblings, Guadalupe Hernandez and Ismael Hernandez of Texas; his former wife Simona Montoya; his siblings, Jose Hernandez (Almarosa) of Morton Texas, Jesus Hernandez (Ofelia) of Andrews Texas and Alicia Madrid of Fabens Texas; and his children, Jimmy Hernandez (Betty), Guadalupe Macintosh (John), Susie Hernandez, Arthur Hernandez (Marisela), Martin Hernandez, Jr. (Peggy), Delia Soto (Ralph), Daniel Hernandez (Annette), Diana Hernandez (Alex) and Debra Trevizo (Johnny). He was also cherished by 30 beautiful grandchildren, 74 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
