He is survived by: his children, Anissa Noonkester, Heather Parks, Jason Parks, Josh Parks, Andy Parks, Missy Parks, Michael Parks and Ashley Parks; and his brothers, Henry Parks, Norman Parks and Gerald Parks. He is also survived by his 23 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
