He is survived by: his siblings, Joyce MacMillan, Susan Walsh, Zane Betterton (Steu), Terry Betterton and Tony Betterton; his children, Julie Faherty (Kieran), Ian Treacher (Hyojung) and Hannah Rose (Jeff); his stepson Alexi Fanopoulos; and his grandchildren, Shannon, Katie and Geo.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Visalia chapter of the American Cancer Society, an organization that was dear to both Mike and Suzanne.
