He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Zelenka Sr. and Ellen Zelenka Aguirre; and his brother Robert Zelenka. He is survived by: his wife Denise Zelenka (Raygoza); his sons, Tyler Zelenka, Drake Dias and Gunner Dias; his siblings, Kenneth Zelenka, Cheryl Reed (Jim), Tracy Booth (Chad), Cindy Halal (Marc), Heather Zelenka and Christina Aguirre (Billy); and his stepmother Jan Zelenka. He is also survived by eight nephews and twelve nieces; and four great-nephews and six great-nieces.
