He was predeceased by: his parents, Mae Chan and Chiang Rai. He is survived by: his wife Jenny Panh; his children, Ceng, Nai and Moung; his stepson Chanfou; and his grandchildren, Jason, Ashley, Marcus, Mattheus and Rowan.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Salser & Dillard Funeral Chapel (127 E Caldwell Ave, Visalia, CA 93277). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Visalia District Cemetery (1300 W Goshen Ave, Visalia, CA 93291).
