He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Harvey and Orbee Harvey; and his sister Nancy Imoto. He is survived by: his wife Beth; his children, Russell Harvey (Linda), Sherri Winans (Jeff), Beckie Kloos (Dan) and Tresa Gliponeo; his grandchildren, Emily (Cody), Chelsea (Jason), Kate (Ryan), Andrew, Cheyenne (Jonathan), Adam, James, Tyler and Gus; his great grandchildren, Logan, Jackson and Nora; and his sister Donna Fields. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many friends.

In his memory, donations may be made to ministries at North Coast Church, Got Your Back San Diego, or Vista Historical Society.
