He is survived by: his wife Sarah; his son Mack; his parents, Bill Spinks and Laurie Spinks of Missouri; his parents-in-law, Dan and Renata Carlin of Vista; and his sisters, Kim Benyr (Todd) and Christina Coburn (Jason). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and close friends.
