It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annette Hertig (Walnut Creek, California), who passed away on September 29, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Phelps Malin and Elsie Amelia Malin (Webb); her close friend Robert Edward Hertig; her son Mark Edward Hertig; and her siblings, Margaret Rachel Fischer (Gary) and George Heber Malin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Stephanie Warren (John), Teresa Hertig, Deborah Hefnawi (Abdel-Hadi), Michelle Draper (Darrell), Cheryl Wilkinson (Scott) and Janet Miller; her granddaughter Sophia; her daughter-in-law Michelle Hertig; and her husband Robert "Bob" Hertig. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
