He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Prokop of Walnut Creek; his children, Julie Allen of Alameda, Keira Allen Lake (Michael) of Belmont, Katie Allen Devney (Scott) of Walnut Creek and Ray Allen of Berkeley; his grandchildren, Olivia Floersch, Jack Allen, Suzanna Floersch, Chloe Allen, Maggie Devney and Teddy Devney; and his siblings, Rae Allen (Daniel) and Brian Allen (Rindy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins, extended family and dear friends.
