He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Ruiz, Jamie Ruiz, Daniel Ruiz and Celinda Ratzlaff; and his siblings, Rey Ruiz of Bakersfield, Joaquin Ruiz of Shafter, Lydia Ruiz of Wasco, Rose Maria Ruiz of Bakersfield and Lupe Ruiz-Gonzalez of Bakersfield. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
