He is survived by: his children, Jonathan Tur (Kristin) and Nicole Bolan (Sean); and his grandchildren, Jonathan Turnick (Viviane), Taylor Self (Daniel), Jacque and Oscar Bolan. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren, two siblings, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and other extended family.
