With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mike Herrnstein in Washington, California, born in Newport News, Virginia, who passed away on November 3, 2023 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Susanne Herrnstein (Goldsberry) and William Henry Herrnstein III; his sisters, Anne Morris (Stuart) and Karis Freije (Edward); his former wife Roselyn Jacobson (Paul); his children, Sara Herrnstein and Daniel Herrnstein; and his nieces and nephews, Kelli Morris, Jasmine Shoemaker (Troy), Jay Morris, Andrew Morris (Brook) and Mark Freije.
To add to the list of charities, Mike founded the Herrnstein-Jacobson Christmas charity in 2020 providing meals for over 500 families in Capiz, Philippines.
