He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Holmes and Mary Holmes; his sister Debbie; and his niece Melanie. He is survived by: his girlfriend Tina Tital; his stepsons, Joaquin, Terrance and Ignacio; his daughter-in-law Samantha McKenzie; and his brother Dale Jr. Holmes. He is also survived by brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, and his 12 beloved grandchildren.
