He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco Santos and Eucibia Medina. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Jean Santos; his son Helio Francisco Santos; his siblings, Juan Santos, Monica Martinez and Felicita Santos; his grandchildren, Hailee Suber, Adrian Santos, Francisco Santos, Samantha Santos, Brianna Santos and Alexander Santos; and his great grandchild Amari Suber.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Ave Maria Memorial Chapel (609 Main St, Watsonville, CA 95076). A rosary will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Pajaro Valley Memorial Park (127 Hecker Pass Rd, Watsonville, CA 95076).
