She is survived by: her parents, Jesus Tapia Tellez and Maria Trinidad Juarez Tapia; and her children, Marina Zarate, Martin and Jorge Reyes. She is also survived by her parents, 5 siblings, and is survived by 5 siblings.

During the pandemic, she worked for Del Mar Frozen Foods Cannery.
