She was predeceased by: her parents, Mateo Lettunich and Helen Lettunich; her brother Louis Lettunich (Maureen); and her husband Eugene. She is survived by: her children, Sharon Moore (Paul Giammona), Denise Panzich (Tom) and Scott Moore (Linda); her grandson Grayson Moore (Lindsay); her children, Brian Moore, Lalainia Moules (Eugene), Michael Moore (Tere), Jeff Moore (Melanie) and Alexandra "Lana" Campos (Johnny); her great grandchild Westin Moore; and her grandchildren, Bennette Moore, Raylan Moules, Rose Moules, Mia Moore and Mateo Moore.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Hospice of Santa Cruz County, whose compassionate care provided comfort and dignity during Sissy's final days.
