He is survived by: his wife Natalia Luera; his children, Norma Luera, Cynthia Cabrera (Francisco), Sandra Luera, Jesse Luera and Arissa Luera; his granddaughter Lilliana Morales; his niece Dora Encizo; his nephew Ramiro Soto; his great-nephew Adolfo Encizo Jr. (Lupe); and his siblings, Guadalupe Luera (Cuca), Isabel Luera, Vera Luera, Olga Arredondo, Mary Arredondo, Domingo, Manuel, Juan, Jose, Pedro, Lucita, Petra and Navora.
