He was predeceased by : his wife Emilia; and his parents, Dirk Vandervalk and Dulcie Vandervalk. He is survived by : his daughters, Alice, Daphne, Vanessa and Chelsea; and his sister Joy Lukey. He is also survived by his four daughters, four sons-in-law, ten grandchildren.
