Chad Stevens Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Chad Stevens (Westlake Village, California). Chad, born on July 19, 1990, passed away on July 19, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Chad for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. While he will be deeply missed, the influence he had on the lives around him remains. He is survived by: his parents, Kathy Stevens and Donald Stevens; his siblings, Nichole DeJulio (David DeJulio), Anna Stevens Hoffie (Michael Hoffie) and Timothy Stevens; his niece Kayla DeJulio; and his nephews, James DeJulio, Bennett Hoffie and Walker Hoffie. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
